ResourceAccuracy reflects the accuracy of an amount being requested though a ResourceMeter. For most tangible resources the value is HIGHEST. For the HEAP_RETAINED meter, the enumeration reflects the accuracy based on the current knowledge or lack thereof about the contents of the heap.
